Visiting: The Gap of Dunloe, Lord Brandon's Cottage, Torc Waterfall

Part two of our recent Killarney trip - following tea and scones at Miss Courtney's Tearooms we managed to drive through The Gap of Dunloe in our tiny car! It was great to visit at this time of the year - so quiet and beautifully clear weather! We stopped off at Lord Brandon's Cottage in the Black Valley on the way back to the hotel - the actual cottage is a ruin but the view of the Lakes is well worth the trip. On our last day we walked up to the top of Torc Waterfall - well worth the very steep climb! I tried out some different settings on my camera up there and am very happy with the results - very Twin Peaks!

Fabulous photos Gillian. The blues are tremendous. Nice for anyone to see who thinks Ireland is always grey and rainy.
